  • Yoga for all fitness levels.

Enjoy the balance of stretching and strengthening exercises to improve flexibility, circulation to the muscles and building muscle strength end endurance.  Yoga is not physically demanding and is a great exercise program for the elderly and for individual who wish to focus on stress reduction.  It is also an excellent start up program for those who wish to ease into a fitness program.

  • Boxing is not just for the men!

Boxing is a great class to undertake as a high intensity workout.  There are many benefits to boxing.  Some of those benefits include; weight loss, cardiovascular endurance, increased stamina, muscle tone and fat burning.  Revive Boxing classes are comprised boxing combinations, drills and techniques.  Boxing is not just for men but it is a high impact workout and must be in moderate fitness shape as it is not a recommended program for beginners.

  • Aqua fitness low impact maximum benefits.

Dive into exercise in the pool. These classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels. The water provides resistance and buoyancy making your workout challenging yet it does not add strain on the body.  It provides cardiovascular benefits in a low impact environment and besides who does not like a nice relaxing swim in the pool?

  • Like Zumba- Pilates is a popular fitness program.

  • Living Longer Living StrongerTM (LLLS)

Living Longer Living Stronger is a safe and quality controlled strength training program specifically designed for people over 50.  Strength training can help build muscle mass and strength, preserve bone mineral density, improve balance and reduce falls, and reduce the effects of Osteoporosis.  A great gift for your parents.

Fitness Boot Camp on the beach is an exclusive outdoor fitness program for all walks of life. Exercises are designed to get you results – be it to lose weight, tone up, increase strength or improve your fitness and at the same time have fun with like-minded people. You’ll be challenged by all aspects of the camp with a variety of exercises including sand running, exercises on the beach, boxing, circuit training, resistance training (using equipment and your own body weight) just to name a few. Anyone of any fitness level can participate.

Most of our programs are designed for all fitness levels.

Our goal is to help as many people as we can live a well balanced and healthy lifestyle.  Whether it is a group Zumba party or an outdoor fitness program on the beach one thing is for certain you will leave feeling revived, rejuvenated and relaxed.
